PHASE1

Awareness & Unraveling

Focus:

Phase 2

Release & Regulation

Focus:

  • Letting go of self-abandonment
  • Emotional regulation

  • You learn how to self regulate instead of suppress or override
  • We work with your nervous system, not against it

Hey huunnii! I'm here to support and guide you back to yourself.  I'm an emotional wellness expert, speaker and journaling coach. Beyond and far greater than all of that, I'm a human who loves and serves Jesus and finds great purpose in helping other humans navigate life's moments, transitions, joys and sorrow with honesty, self-compassion, and clarity.

My work is rooted in my personal belief that healing doesn't have to be harsh or done alone to be effective and lasting.

I believe God cares about your nervous system. And I believe that we only fully become when we stop forcing ourselves to perform wholeness and instead, choose to live it.

The women who tend to resonate with this space are in their 30s, 40s and 50s in seasons where their old identities stop working and new ones haven't fully formed yet.

Unbecoming is a process I return to again and again, personally and professionally. And it would be my honor to walk you through it.

This journey is definitely not a one size fits all huunnii. You can't untangle deep patterns in a crowded room. You need:

When do sessions take place?

Sessions are scheduled weekly at a time that works for both of us. We will decided on a day/time during our first call.

Can I continue therapy while doing this?

Absolutely! Those I support are in therapy and find my coaching supports with so much of what they're unlearning/learning and complements their therapy work beautifully.

Is there a guarantee or refund policy?

As this work requires mutual commitment, once we begin a refund will not be issued. If you're curious or have more questions, let's chat so we can make sure it's the best fit for you!

Are there payment plans available?

What happens are the 12 weeks?

You'll have the tools and clarity to continue this work independently. Some clients do choose to continue with monthly maintenance sessions as well.

What if nothing change?

Change requires honesty and engagement. If you show up, do the work and stay curious, something will definitely shift huunnii.

Will you tell me what to do?

No. I'll ask questions, reflect patterns, and offer tools but you're the expert on your life. This is about reconnecting you to your own wisdom, not giving you someone else's answers. <3

I'm really busy. Do I have time for this?

I'll offer that total, you'll need about two hours a week (this includes our session time). 

What if I need to reschedule a session?

Things come up and we do have flexibility inside this space. When possible, a 24 hour heads up, at minimum, is appreciated. The goal is to make sure you're supported.

Is this therapY?

No. This is coaching rooted in emotional wellness, reflection, and nervous-system awareness. While it may feel deeply therapeutic, it is not clinical therapy.

Do i need journaling experience?

Not at all. You'll be gently guided and everything is accessible.

Is this for men too?

Absolutely. Unbecoming is human work.

I've done coaching before, how is this different?

Unbecoming is not about becoming “better”. It's about becoming truer. There are no formulas, hustle timelines or performance metrics.

What if I'm not ready?

Readiness often comes after support, not before it. If something in you feels seen while reading this, that's usually enough.
